With a connection to the plants, the honeybees, and the lineage of the Rose written into my name since birth, I have walked a winding path of coming home to my true nature.
As a wisdom keeper of the primordial Gaian grids, I share the medicine of the wild as an infinite library and apothecary. I am here as a soul midwife for threshold experiences of the divine human experience.
It is my great joy and service to cultivate ceremonial spaces of reverence, trust and love where all beings may heal, grow and come back into alignment with their divine blueprint. I carry medicines of the Earth, frequency song and embodied presence as tools for healing and transformation.
Weaving between the worlds with the whispers of the plants, I call forth the restoration of the primordial wild within each wild heart and in the heart of nature.

I grew up as an imaginative child who could still remember the magic of the Earth. But over time, under the influence of a culture that denies magic and ridicules imagination, my perceptive veil thickened. By my coming of age, I entered a dark inner landscape of mental and emotional turmoil that continued into early adulthood. My personal journey through mental illness and emotional instability was the calling that drew me to the path of plant medicine by way of simple herbal remedies that became my first plant allies.
In 2015, I was introduced to the entheogenic plant medicine Ayahuasca and received the mysterious calling that my life was meant to take an entirely different direction. In a wild leap of faith, I set off in search of personal healing and deeper meaning to life.
After traveling Latin America, I made my home base in Colombia for the next six years, following the medicine path of Yagé/Ayahuasca through the indigenous traditions of the Putumayo and Amazon regions. On this path, I grew into my role as a retreat facilitator, offering support as a ceremony assistant, musician and translator for hundreds of indigenous elder-led Ayahuasca ceremonies in both Colombia and the US. This path offered evolving opportunities to expand my knowledge of traditional plant remedies and shamanic healing, as well as develop my spiritual and practical skills for ceremonial space-holding and supporting people through sensitive medicine journeys.
One of the foundational practices for my growth on the medicine path has been 'master plant dieta', a traditional Amazonian shamanic practice in which an initiate enters into committed spiritual practice with a single plant to receive healing and shamanic training. My master plant dietas, held in isolation deep in the jungle, offered profound experiences of healing and growth.
After years studying within the Amazonian medicine traditions, I began to hear the plants of the North calling me home. I slowly began to focus on study and 'dieta' with native North American plants. I found that these plants sparked a deep remembrance within my soul and body; the plants of my ancestors and the lands of my birth were coded into my DNA.
Recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to plant medicine, I also began studying Western Vitalist Herbalism, learning how to address physical healing in a way that honors in the innate intelligence of the body. I continued to deepen my understanding of the energetic significance of physical illness and how our healing potential is optimized when imbalances are addressed on all levels of being.
In spring of 2022, I followed the call of the plants and moved back 'home', landing in the lush forests of the Coastal mountains in Oregon. The new chapter in these magical lands found me deepening into path of the Rose: a coming home to the womb-wisdom of my own body and the wild power of the primordial feminine.
In 2025, I graduated from a year-and-a-half long training program with the Song of Sophia School. This training was a rich tapestry of womb-centric, plant-taught herbal studies and apprenticeship in primordial feminine medicine, ceremonial arts, and spiritual-somatic intelligence for trauma recovery and threshold experiences. Most of all it was a profound path of personal initiation, which continues to integrate and blossom.
Song and music have also played an important role in my path. As a shy singer in my younger years, the process of opening my voice and finding the courage to share my song became a testament to the power of the medicine path to nurture the divine gifts we carry latent within. My voice has become one of my greatest tools for offering prayers, moving energies, channeling plant frequencies and connecting with the divine. As a songwriter, many of my songs are received directly from the plants and spirit realm.
