Integration weaves threshold experiences into a coherent tapestry of our lives.
Integration is how we learn to truly embody the healing, wisdom and challenges of ceremonies, altered states of consciousness, and life initiations. Moments that require integration can arise through plant medicine journeys, ceremony, meditation, or other threshold experiences such as birth, rites of passage, loss, trauma, transitions and death.
The art of integration involves translating threshold moments, where we touch the great mystery, into personal stability and tangible change. It asks us to bring esoteric spiritual truths, mystical healing experiences, and life-shattering moments back into the mundane here and now of our world. Well-tended integration supports greater embodiment and coherence within one's self and life.
My integration style is somatic (because integration truly happens in the body), soulful and relationally focused with the plants. This means that especially for plant medicine integration, our relationship with the plants is highly valued and continues to lead the way as we integrate our experiences, challenges and gifts.
With over a decade of experience in plant medicine ceremonies and various spiritual initiations, as well as dedicated studies in trauma-informed care, I have developed a strong skillset for supporting integration of plant medicine and threshold experiences. It is my honor to support you in this journey!
Integration support may be booked as a standalone session or may be incorporated into Earth-Based Healing & Mentorship sessions.

About Melissa Rose
I have walked the Earth-based path of medicine woman alongside my plant teachers for over a decade, cultivating a wellspring of resources in the realms of healing, plant medicine and personal transformation through restoration of the primordial wild soul essence. I share the wisdom and medicine of the plants through a unique and complementary weaving of western vitalist herbalism and shamanic plant spirit work. The intuitive feminine wisdom path of the Rose is a primary guiding light for my work. My background includes extensive studies within South American plant medicine traditions, as well as initiation and training with Song of Sophia and the School of Evolutionary Herbalism. The land and the plants have been my greatest teachers, healers and allies.
