As guardians of Earth's medicine and wisdom, plants are supportive and loving allies on our path as we heal, learn, and remember the organic magic that lives within us.
Plants hold keys for remembrance of our true nature. Each plant offers unique medicine that restores and awakens dormant aspects of our divine architecture. This can bring healing for body, mind and spirit. The plants guide our path and help us to discover our most fruitful alignment.
When we surrender into the medicine and magic of a plant, we are welcomed into the realms of transformation.
Plant attunement is for initiates who wish to nurture transformational healing and growth through dedicated practice, inner exploration and shamanic magic. Plant attunement often births life-long companionship and invites embodiment of the medicine of the plant. Communion with the plant realm teaches us how to walk in harmony and reciprocity with the living Earth.
The plants become our doctors, teachers, spiritual guides and wise companions.
A Journey of Spiritual Communion
A plant attunement involves becoming intentionally attuned to the frequency of a plant through dedicated practice and shamanic ritual. It is a deep practice of receptivity, self-exploration and living in symbiotic relationship.
It is a spiritual merging, a divine union between person and plant.
The inner journey of attunement may include ups and downs, both shadow and light. Our plant allies hold space for deep healing and shadow work, as well as bring forth incredible gifts of illumination and empowerment. But they do not do the work for us! We must be prepared to meet them with heartfelt openness and the dedication to engage with the full range of internal processes that may arise.

- Guidance for building a close relationship and daily practice with your plant
- Guided materials (PDF & audio) for Elemental Rituals to deepen your practice
- Support for questions or processes that arise between sessions
- A flexible container that can be shaped according to your needs and intentions
- A medicine bundle of specially blessed plant preparations may be available depending on your choice of plant (optional add-on)
- Additional mentorship or integration sessions available as needed (optional add-on)

Deep-dive attunement, or dieta, is a focused container that opens a shamanic portal for deeper union with the plants.
- A six-week mentorship container to support preparation, attunement/dieta and integration
- Three weeks of dedicated plant dieta: a shamanic portal of communion for deep healing and learning
- Two Sophianic plant attunement ceremonies for opening & closing the dieta
- Four additional one-on-one mentorship sessions (one preparation session, two sessions during dieta, one post-dieta integration session)
- Daily shamanic blessings and protection to support and maintain your attunement portal
- Guidance for building a close relationship and daily practice with your plant
- Guided materials (PDF & audio) for Elemental Rituals to deepen your practice
